Back to normal
Well vacation is long over and now things are back to normal. Oliver is learning new words everyday, and keeping us entertained most of the time. For the first time in quite a while Kim and I went out without him for the night. We went with another couple to Wisecrackers comedy club in Scranton. While there we stopped for some Krispy Kreme donuts. During the headlining act I was actually the target of a few jokes. The comic tapes his show and names them, we were lucky enough to have the show named after us. It was a nice night out, and the comics were funnier then we expected for some random comedy club in the lobby of a hotel in wonderous Scranton, PA.
Florida 2006 – Day 9 (Green Meadows Farm)
Well today is our final day in Florida – if you don’t count the couple of hours tomorrow morning before our flight. So today we will be obviously packing and mostly relaxing in the room or pool. We went over to Green Meadows Farm, which is a petting zoo. Oliver was very happy to touch and see all the animals, in fact a little too happy, it was impossible to get him to leave one set of animals and move onto the next. Here are today’s pictures thus far, there are 23. It’s about 2:30pm if we do anything else and get any more photos, I will upload them tonight before we are completely packed if I get a chance. Florida 2006 – Day 8 (Wet N Wild)
Same start as every day, got some breakfast and then we headed over to Wet N Wild. I rode a couple of the “thriller slides” called “The Bomb Bay” and “The Blue Niagra”. We spent a little bit of time in the kiddy area as well. We were thinking of leaving for some lunch, and possible doing something else, and a pretty big storm rolled in. Actually much worse then Ernesto, but it didnt last long. We spent the rest of the day shopping, and driving around. So not many pictures today. They start on page 29.
