Philly Zoo July 2010
Well we took our first trip to the zoo this year and had a blast. It was pretty hot, but the kids were excellent for the whole trip. We wanted to get down there before the Creatures of Habitat exhibit was over, and I can proudly say that we were able to stop at each of he individual lego displays and snap a photo. Towards the end the kid were getting tired (even though i pulled them in their wagon with the cooler all day) but once we got the last one they had a pretty big celebration at our accomplishment.
We even went on a few rides – which is the first time we actually did something more than just look at the animals. Oliver wanted to go on the swan paddle boats, summer took a pony ride, and we all went on a ride on the carousel.
The next day we had fun in the sun with the our neighbor with water guns, sprinklers, and a bunch of running around.
