Family Bonding!
This weekend was the weekend of family bonding. First on Saturday Daddy and Oliver went to see Horton Hears a Who at the movie theatre, the first time that I can recall Oliver made it from start to finish of a full movie. As we were walking out he said “Daddy, Daddy, that was a great movie!”. Mom and Summer took advantage of this and got some girl time together shopping.
Then yesterday we had another fun little adventure together to Chuck E Cheese, a day full of games, pizza, soda, and fun, finished off by some play time in the yard. It was one of our most fun filled weekends in a while.
I finally got around to uploading pictures, which are detailed below
6 new photos added in Summer’s Feb 2008 Album
21 new photos added in Summer’s new March 2008 Album
5 New pictures in Oliver’s the Feb 2008 Album
31 new pictures in Oliver’s new March 2008 Album
I still have a few more pictures to upload. I will get them on the site either later tonight or tomorrow.
Photos, Photos Photos
So Kim brought it my attention that we had alot of photos just sitting on the camera - I had no clue, there are some from December, January , and February. In december there are some photos of the kids during christmas, and a few shots of mommy and Oliver making a gingerbread house. In January there are a few pictures of Oliver and his potty (even though we have not made much progress on that front lately), and Summer showing off one of her new purses. In February, lets just categorize it as weird - Summer’s new thing is wearing clothes that dont fit her, and often on places they dont go - such as demanding to wear olivers underpants on her head - comical, but weird

Feb 2008 - 5 Pics
We also got some shots of them together added to December and January albums

Does the sickness ever end?
Well almost the exact day I started to feel better Oliver started with the same nasty cough. Hopefully he is doing better today - but in any event the school took some more pictures of him which I downloaded and added to our site, here they are
New Family Photos
We made it up to Portrait Innovations this weekend and had some photos done (81 poses in all). We got Oliver’s 3rd birthday shots (a little early), Summer’s 1st birthday shots (a little late), and some family shots. Click any of the pictures to view all 80 (one was completely black so I deleted it)
Welcome 2008
Well I am a bit late on the Happy New Year message I suppose, better late than never though. The holidays are once again over, our tree is down and everything is getting back to normal everyday life. We haven’t taken alot of photos since the holidays because we really haven’t been doing a ton to take pictures of I guess. I did get some video of Oliver “playing” the Wii, and one night he busted out a pretty serious karaoke session with his new microphone set which I aslo got on video.
Kim’s birthday is a week away from today, we don’t have any specific plans yet though.
Oliver’s school takes pictures and updates us on there activities from time to time (more often now that one of the teachers has returned from maternity leave). So I got copies of the photos to keep in his album here on our site.
Happy HOlidays To All
Well we are down to the wire, Christmas is almost here! Oliver is really excited and asks if its Christmas almost every morning.

Helo December
Well we had an interesting time this past weekend. Kim went down to get some shopping done at the new outlets in the King of Prussia area, while I stayed ‘in da valley’ with the two kids. We played, and played, and caused general havoc and mess around the house - everyone survived and I even cooked for a change!
Thanks to the recent snow storm we were able to go out and play in the snow. Summer seemed to like it, but was so bundled up her arms didn’t seem to have the ability to move. She was cruising around the yard in her boots pretty good for not even being a year old yet - but then again she has been walking for a number of months. Oliver wanted to “make a snowman for Santa Claus”, but the snow was mostly powder and didn’t cooperate with his desires. However, it would pack enough for him to toss a few snowballs my way. Finally we made a number of snow angels as well.
Last night we had an unscheduled family movie night. The flick of choice was Shrek the Third, and the snack was movie theater butter popcorn. It didn’t keep Oliver’s interest like some of his other favorites but he did pay attention enough to find repeat “Baby shreks make extra poops and extra cry” on a somewhat regular basis the rest of the night.
Here are links to all the latest pictures I just uploaded last night:

Let it Snow!
Well yesterday marks the first snowfall for the season. Which made my return from Chicago last night interesting. It was mostly uneventful but it did delay actually making it home from the airport. While walking to school everytime a flake would go into olivers mouth he would spit and go “phfffft”, it was rather comical.
While I was away I got some pictures uploaded that we took around halloween.
Added 9 Pictures to Summers October Album
14 new images in Olivers October Album
A couple new images together in the October album
family photos are coming soon - as well as Summer’s 1 year pictures so expect more pictures soon.
Another weekend coming to an end
Well its Sunday afternoon and another weekend is coming to an end. Saturday morning was the township halloween party. This year was bit more packed then last year, to the point where even though we were supposed to get 2 slices of pizza for each child, we ended up with only one. They didn’t have any judging this year, so we weren’t able to see how well the kids costumes ranked this year. Oliver was Captain Hook (minus the hat, since we all know he wouldn’t wear that thing if his life depended on it) and Summer was a hand made lady bug. I have pictures that I have to get off the camera and upload as soon as I get more then a few minutes on my computer.
Click Oliver to see a few pics of Oliver, and click Summer to see more of Her.
I went to my first hockey game last night thanks to my friend John. It was not overly exciting game, and the penguins got their butts kicked pretty bad. But it was interesting in any event.
Finally some October Pictures
Well we had quite a busy weekend in the Larrabee house. First friday night we met up with a couple that we haven’t seen since moving to philly, let alone back to the area, they have a new baby as well - and it was nice to get back in touch with them.
Then on saturday we went to Whistle Pig Pumpkin Patch with our friends Lilly and Larry who brought alone Oliver’s buddy Daniel. We got to go on a small hay ride, play in a small hay fort, and visit with a horse. Oliver’s favorite place was the table of bird seed and cars though.

Then on sunday we went with other friends John and Carly to Roba Farms. They brought along their kids Dana and Noah - who happen to be very close to the same age as our kids, just in the opposite order. It was a further drive, and cost an admission fee to get in, but there was a lot more things for the kids to do there. Oliver got picked as a “pig leader” in the pig race, so he got an up close look at the racing pigs.
Here are all the shots added from our pumpkin farm trips - and a few recent ones of the kids playing in the house one day.

30 New Shots of Summer (she had a blast with the pumpkins)

57 New Shots of Oliver (there were lots of things for him to climb)

9 New Shots Together (they dont stay in one place together for long)
